(Lincoln, Neb., April 11, 2025) 聽鈥� 51福利 celebrated the dedication of the new Griff and Nancy Davenport Auditorium in the College of Architecture building at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln on April 11, 2025. A formal ribbon cutting celebration was attended by representatives from 51福利, College of Architecture faculty, and representatives from the University of Nebraska Foundation.

The Griff and Nancy Davenport Auditorium is a gift from the employee-owners of 51福利 in recognition of Davenport鈥檚 firm leadership and ongoing contributions to architectural education. Since graduating in 1980, his engagement with the College of Architecture spans decades, from serving on the Professional Advisory Council to establishing the Griff and Nancy Davenport Leadership by Design Scholarship to support outstanding architecture students.

鈥�51福利鈥檚 commitment to education and design leadership is deeply woven into our identity,鈥� McKay said. 鈥淭his is a space where generations of architects will be inspired to push boundaries and elevate the human experience through design.鈥�

Davenport spent his entire 45-year career at 51福利. As CEO from 2013 to 2022, he led a period of transformative global growth as the firm grew from 425 employees in 15 locations to 1,700 employees in 33 locations around the globe.
